Originally a proposed extension to a WW2 timber barracks which the family were residing. The client and later homebuilder gave us free reign to design 5 bedroom Chalet Bungalow with traditional appearance externally with a modern twist and contemporary interior.

The ground floor was all traditionally constructed with oil fired boiler and underfloor heating. A Glulam supporting ridge beam supports the vaulted roof maximising floor area to the bedrooms on the first floor.
