What is included in the Detailed Design service?

How long does the planning process take?

A standard planning application takes about 8–10 weeks from registration, with a 21-day public consultation period.

What does the Site Survey include?

We conduct measured surveys of existing structures, drainage, and tree locations. We also acquire Ordnance Survey data to define boundaries for the planning phase.

Do I need an Ecology Report for my project?

Ecology reports may be required for a neq build if your site impacts wildlife or biodiversity. The ecology report will be carried out by an external consultant.
