Our journey as JAH Designs began with an exciting project in Thundersley, Essex - a new-build dwelling approved on 10th April 2003 by Castle Point Borough Council.

Originally a bungalow conversion, the design evolved into a stunning 5-bedroom home tailored for the homeowner. Featuring a gallery entrance lobby, a double integral garage, and an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The split-level design seamlessly integrates modern living with the elevated charm of a rear-positioned living room. This project marked a proud milestone as our first new-build creation.
